Clearwater Florida Real Estate Update on Grovewood
Clearwater, Florida – Grovewood is a neighborhood of 124 Clearwater homes in a lovely deed restricted neighborhood conveniently located near HWY US 60 / Gulf-to-Bay and US 19.
They have also been the recipient of the City of Clearwater’s Neighborbood of the Quarter in the past.
This neighborhood is less than 1 mile from the Clearwater Mall, 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach and 20 minutes to Tampa Bay’s International Airport.
Grovewood’s neighborhood doesn’t typically have many homes for sale and when they come on the market they usually sell quickly.
However, even Grovewood has seen the impact of the increased number of homes for sale on the Clearwater real estate market. Except for one home that sold in 7 days – all homes for sale now and those that sold are taking over 3 months to sell.
