Clearwater Fl – Just a quick update on

Freddie Mac (NYSE:FRE) today released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey® (PMMS®) in which the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 5.00 percent with an average 0.7 point for the week down from last week when it averaged 5.06 percent. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 4.84 percent.

"Treasury bond and note yields declined this week, and rates on fixed-rate mortgages and hybrid ARMs followed suit. Rates for both the 30-year and 15-year fixed-rate mortgages were the lowest in six weeks….”; said Frank Nothaft, Freddie Mac vice president and chief economist.
