Island Estates FL Holiday Boat Parade
Island Estates, Florida – Mark your Calendar for Saturday December 8th at 6:30pm and prepare to kick off the Holidays this year on the water!
Because it’s time again for Clearwater’s Premier Waterfront Boating Neighborhood to hold it’s annual Memorial Holiday Boat Parade. This parade is sponsored by the Island Estates Yacht Club located on the island. Many of the Island Estates Home Owners participate in the parade.
Those participating will congregate their boats at 6 p.m. in the Mandalay Channel which is lined with luxury waterfrontIsland Estates condos (on the west side of Island Estates) between Island Estates and Clearwater Beach.
Island Estates Florida Boat Parade Route
This year’s holiday boat parade in will travel up and down the Island Estates canals. Island Estates waterfront luxury home owners will have a great view of the festivities from their backyard.
The boat parade will also travel toward Coachman Park which is a great place to catch the parade. The boats in the parade plan to arrive there at 8pm and then from there they will go under the Memorial Causeway Bridge, turning into the Clearwater Marina Channel and make their way to their final destination, the Clearwater Yacht Club judging stand, located on the southern most point of Clearwater Beach (just before the Sand Key Bridge)

Humane Society of Pinellas Helping Pets
The Humane Society of Pinellas County located at 3040 State road 590 in Clearwater Florida will be celebrating the Holidays for a good cause on Saturday December 1st, Sunday December 2nd and the following weekend on December 8th and 9th.
They will be selling Holiday Wreaths which are made from Noble Fir and accented with cedar, blue berried juniper and ponderosa pine cones. They have 2 sizes to choose from and will be on sale for $30 and $40.
Photos with Santa to benefit Humane Society
Looking to get those special Christmas pictures with Santa Clause – bring the kids and have their pictures taken with Santa. The photo sessions will be from 10am to 4pm on the dates mentioned above.

Earlier this year Jack and I went back to the drawing board to plan, research and innovate with one goal in mind, “to build the best Clearwater Beach real estate blog” for the areas we serve. We also chose to work with only the best Real Estate Blog designers to build this “new type” of real estate resource that is completely client-focused which is why we also included the “Google” ability here.
