Clearwater Beach Florida Today I was over on Island Estates in Clearwater looking at bargain waterfront condos.
One of our readers had contacted us wanting to see some Clearwater condos on the water and he was beginning the process of looking for a Clearwater condo bargain. We got together to check some out and I realized that other readers might be interested in learning more about Clearwater Beach area properties that are for sale under $200,000.
So as of today, January 15 2008 there are five 1 bedroom / 1 bath Clearwater condos @750 sq ft on Island Estates for sale under $200,000. These Clearwater condos ranged in price from $159,000$189,000 for waterfront condos with no age restrictions there were also three Island Estates Condos for sale under $200,000 for 55+ adults.
The important thing for all buyers to realize in that in this “buyers” market the Tampa MLS asking price is just that the seller is asking for $xxx,xxxx amount the real estate market pressures and current sales are determining what the SOLD price will be.
