Clearwater Florida Wow, its had to believe it is Saturday again already time seems to be flying this year. Well Im already thinking about tomorrows breakfast, because our family likes to go out to a local Clearwater area Restaurant to eat after church each Sunday.
It is usually a great time for us all to be together before we may go our separate directions when we are out showing homes and condos to Clearwater buyers in the afternoon.
A newer place in the area that is quickly becoming a family favorite is the Georgie Boy Restaurant on Missouri Avenue just south of Druid in Clearwater. It is a family owned business and named after their young son, Georgie.
Georgie Boy Restaurant is located at 1101 Missouri Avenue South, Clearwater Florida 33756 and their phone number is (727) 442-1217. They are open like the sign says, 7 days a week from 6 am to 9pm and they serve all three meals. It always seems to stay full when we go and yet weve never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seated.They even have an enclosed porch to offer a smoking section which is all but extinct around Tampa bay these days.
This past weekend as we were leaving it made me laugh to see that some other Clearwater locals had dropped by looking for a bite to eat. Heres my son, Sean, checking out the bird (Ibis) checking out the Georgie Boy restaurant this past weekend. 
Actually during our winter the Ibis (the white bird you see) have a harder time finding food and are known to love hot dogs yes you heard me right hot dogs. So it was not surprise that they can spot “great food” too. We often have them hang out at our house too.
If you are looking for a great place to eat in Clearwater I highly encourage you to go to Georgie Boy and tell them we said Hi! :-) And again they are open from 6 am to 9 pm and serve all 3 meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner and offer wine as well. They can also accomodate large groups. If you have a favorite Sunday breakfast / lunch spot would you share it we enjoy trying different spots in and around the Tampa Bay area.
